• Return shipping cost is customer responsibility unless return is fault of Malibu Moonstones (in which case, please contact surfsoboss@gmail.com to have a shipping label emailed at free of charge.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.

• Sale items and custom orders are generally not eligible for return.

Yes, all chokers are crocheted by hand.

- avoid exposing to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures

- when not worn, store in a cool, dry place preferable a jewelry box with soft lining to prevent scratches

- to wash crochet choker, use mild soap and cool water then lay flat to dry
